Homeschool EdVenture: Seeing Stars

This EdVenture class will spin you right round (like a jelly) as we explore the intricacies and benefits of radial symmetry in marine species. This innovative body plan allows for interaction with the environment from all directions and is a perfect adaptation for the feeding and locomotion of fixed or slowly drifting creatures. We’ll observe WOW jellies and get hands-on at the invertebrate touch pool. This class will also include a sea star dissection.
