Go beyond the exhibits and experience the inner workings of Wonders of Wildlife with our exclusive Back of House Tour! This guided adventure offers a rare look behind the scenes, showcasing the incredible care, science, and dedication that go into maintaining our world-class aquarium.
Our expert team will take you through jelly aquaculture, the Life Support Systems, water quality labs, and diet prep areas, where you’ll see firsthand how we maintain our exhibits and care for marine life. You’ll also get a unique view from the top of the Open Ocean exhibit and enjoy interactive feeding experiences, including hand-feeding stingrays and witnessing the dynamic Bait Ball feeding. Tour and Safety information
- Wonders of Wildlife admission is a separate and required ticket.
- All participants must be 8 years of age or older. Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by a paid participating parent or guardian.
- Tour length is 90 minutes
- A release waiver must be signed by participant or participant’s parent or guardian prior to entry.
- High heels, food, drinks, and strollers are not permitted on this tour. Close toed shoes are recommended.
- There are no restroom stops along the tour route.
- Cameras are allowed, but video recording and live streaming are not allowed.
- Content is subject to change without notice based on operational needs.
- Aquarium admission is not included, and must be purchased separately
- Certain behind-the-scenes areas are noisy and may be alarming to individuals with audio sensitivity. In addition, there will be variations in smell and lighting levels.
- The animals in this exhibit are fed a variety of seafood. Please refrain from touching or feeding the animals if you have a known fish or shellfish allergy.
