Join us as we explore the history and cultural origins of Thanksgiving, examining primary sources, Indigenous perspectives, and how food, land, and community shaped early encounters. Through hands‑on activities, students will investigate ecological relationships between heirloom crops to traditional land‑stewardship practices and compare them with modern conservation methods.
